Welcome to RESTORRE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and your purchases from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "RESTORRE" mean the RESTORRE store, and "you" means the person using the site or buying from us.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Our products and general wellness
RESTORRE products are intended for general wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on our website is for general information only and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, take medication, use an implanted medical device, have a medical condition or an eye condition, or have any health concerns, talk with a healthcare professional before using a RESTORRE product.
Safe use
Read the user guide before your first use and follow it. In particular: do not look directly into the LEDs; keep the product and its controller or power adapter away from water; do not use heat on skin that is numb or sensitive, and check your skin during use; do not fall asleep while using a heated product; and stop using the product if it feels uncomfortable. Use only the charger or power adapter supplied with your product. Don't use a product that is damaged. You use our products at your own risk and are responsible for following these instructions.
Product information
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colors, sizes and details may look different on your screen or vary slightly from what you receive. Features and specifications may change from time to time without notice.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We email you a confirmation, but your order is accepted only when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons such as product availability, a pricing or product-description error, a payment problem, suspected fraud, or an order that appears to be made by a reseller or in bulk. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices, payment, shipping and returns
Prices, payment methods, charges and refunds are covered in our Billing Terms and Conditions. Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Return and Refund Policy. These policies are part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the RESTORRE name, logo, text, graphics, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website. This includes: breaking the law; trying to gain unauthorized access to our systems; introducing viruses or harmful code; scraping or copying our site in bulk; placing fraudulent orders; or interfering with other people's use of the site.
Third-party links and services
Our website may link to other websites and use third-party services, such as Shopify for our store and checkout. We don't control and aren't responsible for other websites or services, and their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, RESTORRE and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This does not limit liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law does not allow that limit.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless RESTORRE and its owners, employees and partners from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or products.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction, except where the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Continuing to use our website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If part of these Terms can't be enforced
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
