Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Here are three easy ways to see where your package is.
1. Use the link in your shipping email
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a button to follow your package. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
2. Sign in to your account
Open your orders at account.restorreco.com/orders, enter the email you used at checkout, and we'll send you a sign-in code. Your order, its status and its tracking details are all there.
3. Paste your tracking number into a tracker
If you have a tracking number, you can enter it on the carrier's own site or on a free multi-carrier tracker such as 17TRACK.
When will it arrive?
Delivery times are counted in calendar days from the day you order, processing included:
- Hip Recovery Wrap and Mini Redlight Therapy Panel: about 6 to 10 days
- Red Light Mat: about 7 to 13 days
- Everything else, including the bundle and Ankle brace: about 17 to 24 days
Orders with more than one item can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. A new tracking number can take a little while to show movement, so if it hasn't updated right away, check back later.
