How to use it
- Wrap it around your waist so the light panel rests against your abdomen, and fasten the closure so it sits snugly and comfortably.
- Connect the power and use the controls to choose your settings.
- Relax for your session, then switch it off and take it off.
The light board warms up during use. Follow your user guide for power instructions and session length, check your skin during use, stop if it feels too warm or uncomfortable, and do not fall asleep while wearing it.
